Qualification:

Job Responsibilities:

- Nurture plant and crop well-being with guidance from department leaders.
- Conduct thorough inspections of crops, identifying issues like discoloration, pests, and diseases.
- Care for and oversee the growth of propagated plants.
- Contribute to a packaging team with a sharp eye for detail.
- Trim plants, and create hash, rosin, or other items as directed.
- Operate pre-roll machines efficiently.
- Ensure precise and prompt handling of shipping and receiving tasks.
- Adhere to standardized procedures for consistent product excellence.
- Sustain tidy work areas in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Record activities in alignment with good production practices (GPPs).
- Manage waste disposal according to established SOPs.
- Promote clear and professional communication within the team.
Job Requirments:
The requirements needed for the production technician Jobs are the following:
- Standard Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with options for either the 7 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm shifts.
- Adaptability for extended shifts (10 or 12 hours) and weekends as per operational requirements.
- Successful candidates must undergo a criminal record check upon accepting the offer.
