At a private event, Richard Rawlings, the star of Fast N’ Loud, was the first person to try this expensive drink.
“If anyone knows the price of fame, it’s me,” Rawlings joked while drinking it.
Why Is This Martini So Expensive?
This is one of the most expensive drinks in Dallas. It has:
- Nolet’s Reserve Gin – A very rare gin that costs $750 per bottle.
- Dry Vermouth – A smooth and fresh taste.
- Black Truffle Bitters – Adds rich flavor.
- Caviar-Stuffed Olives – Fancy olives filled with caviar.
Rich Hicks, one of the restaurant owners, said the name “The Price of Fame” is for rich customers who want to show off.

Rawlings didn’t just drink the martini. He also ate Evelyn’s cheesesteak tower, which includes:
- Small Wagyu cheesesteaks
- Crispy fries
- $35 price (feeds four people)
This special happy hour item is served Monday to Friday, 4:30–6 p.m.. The restaurant might also add it to the late-night menu.
